Purchase and cancellation of a refundable license (subscription) for the Program.

The User has the right to expand the basic functionality of the Program by purchasing a paid license through the Program interface, which activates the expanded functionality of the Program. This license is for a period of time selected by the User (hereinafter referred to as “subscription”).

The remuneration under this License Agreement shall be the subscription fee set in the online application store (Google Play or AppStore depending on the type of operating system of the User’s mobile device), which shall be paid by the User in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective online store.

The following terms and conditions apply to subscriptions made in the Google Play or AppStore online app store for the Program:

The subscription fee will be debited from the User’s bank card account linked to the User’s account in the respective online app store upon confirmation of the subscription purchase;

The subscription can be canceled by the User, and automatic subscription renewal can be disabled by switching after the purchase to the settings of the User’s account in the online application store where the subscription was purchased;

The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off by the User at least 48 hours prior to the end of the current or trial period;

Any unused portion of the free trial period, if offered, will expire when the User purchases the subscription;

The User may cancel the free trial or subscription at any time by disabling the automatic subscription renewal feature through the User’s account on the applicable online app store where the subscription was purchased. This must be done 48 hours before the end of the free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged the subscription fee for the new period. Cancellation of the subscription will take effect on the day after the last day of the current subscription period and only the basic functionality of the Program will be available to the User;

When canceling the subscription, the User has the option to use the extended functionality of the Program until the end of the paid subscription period.
